What we're doing in light of the spread of COVID-19

The welfare and safety of our customers is our highest priority and we are monitoring advice from the NHS and the government on a regular basis.

Please do not attend a workshop or hide day if you are showing symptoms of the virus. Instead, get in touch as soon as possible and we will put your booking on hold and re-arrange for a future date free of charge.

Workshop and tour bookings

With social distancing being among one of the recommended actions, we are reviewing forthcoming tour and workshops dates and will contact you if your booking is going to be affected. Currently, workshops (e.g. Mountain Hares) will continue to run, however, clients are expected to adhere to social distancing guidelines as closely as possible. Fortunately, the nature of all workshops means that can proceed while abiding by these guidelines.

Hide Bookings

Due to the inherent isolation of using our photography hides, we are continuing to honour bookings at this time, however this is subject to change based on national advice. If you wish to cancel or postpone a booking or have any questions, please get in touch.

New booking for Autumn/Winter 2020 are being taken but the use of the hides is strictly limited to one person per session unless pairs of guests can demonstrate they are in each other's 'social bubble'.

Hand santiser will continue to be available for customers using the hides and all surfaces are being thoroughly cleaned after each use.

If you are unsure

If, for any reason, you wish to postpone your booking to a later date, please get in touch to discuss rebooking.

We apologise for an inconvenience 😔 but don't forget to keep eating well, exercising regularly and enjoying nature where you can 😊
